Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using RecallFlow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by RecallFlow ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

RecallFlow is an AI-powered personal memory tool that lets you save, search, and resurface notes, ideas, and content. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process and organise what you save.

3. Your Account

You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@recallflow.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Plans and Billing

The Free plan allows up to 50 memories at no cost. Paid plans (Pro at £9/month, Power at £19/month) are billed monthly via Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.

5. Your Content

You own everything you save to RecallFlow. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service (AI processing, search indexing, storage). We do not sell or share your content with third parties for advertising.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Resell or sublicence access to the Service

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access where necessary. We are not liable for any downtime.

8. AI Processing

The Service uses Claude (Anthropic) to analyse content and OpenAI to generate search embeddings. These services process your content to deliver features. Content is not used to train third-party AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless we are required to retain it by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecallFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
